Last night we spent the night at Mill Creek Campground in Paxico, Kansas. This is a really great place with reasonable prices and easy access to the interstate highway.
As we walked around the grounds we saw lots of flowers and some decorated buildings.
Life can be much more fun when you’re not in a hurry. We find we now have time to enjoy the simple pleasures. What are they doing now? Richard is counting and Charlotte, Vera and Brandie are quietly watching.

I don’t think we’ve been standing this close to a passing train in many years. Richard said there were 83 cars.
Later, we went downtown to check out the antique stores. This small town is delightful with buildings built in the late 1800s to the early 1900s.
The stoves, behind Vera and Charlotte, had prices up to $15,000.00. The owner said he would be glad to install one in our RV.
I can hardly wait to see what the tomorrows’ campground will be like. We will be staying at one of Richard and Vera’s favorite places.
